How I work

I personalise Yoga Therapy to the individual, taking account of your abilities and needs.

 

The yoga techniques used may include movement, breath work, meditation, mudra and mantra.

 

No previous experience of yoga is necessary.

 

Yoga Therapy can take place using a yoga mat or sitting on a chair.

What to expect 

Sessions start with a consultation where I get to know you and your priorities and goals. From there we will work through a tailored practice, finishing with a supported relaxation pose. I provide a home practice sheet so you can do the practice at home.

Initially you may wish to do weekly sessions; once your confidence builds these repeat appointments could be fortnightly or monthly, to help you stay on track and adapt to your changing needs and priorities.

Due to social distancing I'm currently conducting Yoga Therapy sessions online, via Zoom.

  • Initial appointment (90 mins) including consultation, personalised yoga therapy session & home practice £75

  • Follow-up sessions (75 mins) including review & yoga therapy practice £63

  • Pack of 3 follow-up sessions £169

Qualifications

I have a Yoga Therapy Diploma (550 hours) accredited by the British Council of Yoga Therapy (BCYT), in addition to my 200hr yoga teaching certificate

 

I'm registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)

I have been teaching yoga for over 9 years
